This is the question that brings most people here. Steam’s store page shows Sep 3, 2026 — and it shows that in every region, so it is not a regional difference. The explanation: Steam prints one calendar date for what is actually a single worldwide unlock moment. Based on the deadlines Capcom publishes for its early-purchase bonus (which end at 4:59 PM PDT / 8:59 AM JST), the PC unlock lands around midnight UTC — which is the evening of September 3 in the Americas and the morning of September 4 in Japan.
